All members of all types of farming families will be able to get their services according to their needs

2. Provide efficient extension services to the farmers
Provide most cost-effective service to farmers in crops, fisheries, livestock, forestry and family ventures through skilled expansion workers.

3. Decentralization of agricultural program formulation
Identify data needs and respond to demand, collect information about local resources, plan planning, training and media-based programs.

4. Demand based agricultural expansion
Determine the content of all expansion programs and research based on the identified needs, problems and probabilities.

5. Work with all types of farmers
To reach the maximum benefit of the farmer's work, work with different types of peasantry related to the existing interests of the field.

6. Strengthening agricultural research and agricultural extension programs
Developing close relations with agricultural research and agricultural expansion to find out the problem through agricultural laboratories to give appropriate suggestions to the farmers.

7. Training for expansion workers
Training expansion workers based on the needs of the farmer.

8. Use of appropriate extension method
To achieve the specific expansion objectives of various categories of farmers, use of expansion organizations and staffs farm inspection, mass media, training, fairs, inspections and motivation travel and participatory methods.

9. Provide comprehensive expansion assistance
The Department of Agricultural Extension provides expansion assistance through coordination with various government and non-government organizations.

10. Combined expansion program
To provide optimum utilization of resources, provide services through exchange of information and skills among the respective organizations.

11. Provide consolidated environment protection
Removal of land, water, air pollution and corrosion control in favor of protecting the biological diversity of natural environment; Enhance the ability of environmental protection and management and environmental issues related to public and private sector.

12. Agricultural commercialization
    Help in marketing the products of peasantry and getting fair prices.

13. Use of agricultural information and communication technology
Reaching any information, advice and technology on agriculture related to agricultural workers, peasants and the general public.
